TESL 320 Education of Diverse Students

Examination of the pedagogical theories, instructional methodologies, and assessment practices relating to culturally and linguistically diverse learners. The course will focus on effective application of learned pedagogical theories and best practices for promoting the academic achievement of English language learners (ELL) with emphasis on second language acquisition and cognitive development.
