BUAD 334 Compensation & Benefits
A deeper examination of compensation and benefits in organizations. Compensation topics will include strategies for pay increases, analysis of salary survey data, internal equity issues, and compliance and regulatory issues. Benefits topics will include statutory vs. voluntary benefits, paid time off, retirement plans, health and wellness benefits, regulatory issues, family-friendly benefits, and managing employee benefits. (1) Lecture: 3 hrs/wk. 1 Unit
- BUAD-274; BUAD 218 recommended. Must be taken prior to taking this course.
